One of the best institutions in South Africa.
Campus is full of life and the lecturers makes the campus more welcoming. It is also disability friendly. The space is open and the extra mural activities are available for all students and fun
I liked the fact that everyone there is professional and dedicated to their work. No student is left behind and definitely no student is left out. Everyone studies hard and they give the best educational experience and results

View moreMy university experience was truly unforgettable. In my first year, I got to experience one of the best cultural initiations while staying in the campus residences. It opened my eyes to different people, traditions, and ways of living, and it helped me settle in quickly.
My second and third years were a different experience, but still meaningful in their own ways. I grew a lot during that time, and even though things changed, it was all part of a good and valuable journey.
Academically, everything flowed smoothly. The work was easy to understand, and whenever I struggled, tutors and lecturers were always available to help. That support made a huge difference.
Overall, my whole university experience shaped the person I am today. It taught me independence, confidence, and how to navigate life with a better understanding of myself and others.
The lectures come to class well prepared. The environment and the surrounding is suitable to equip students with all the resources that they will need to be successful. I highly recommend the University of Pretoria to anyone who would like to study meteorology and learn more about weather and climate change!
