When i first started university my expectation was completely different. I knew university would be challenging but i did not expect it to as difficult. I had to adapt quickly and learn time management in order to keep up with regular tests and assignment. I have to say i considered that some lecturers made it easier for me. Some went out of their way to insure that we understood as well as gave us Leeway when it came to submissions of assignment’s and tests, making it less if a struggle for me. What stood out most for me was a major project in my second year — Model United Nations. I initially expected it to be quite difficult, but I had an amazing mentor who guided us through the entire process. The project became much more manageable, even though working in a group of ten people came with its own challenges. Overall i would say my experience at UP has been good. The university has its pros and cons.
