I studied as an exchange student at KTU for 5 months. The university is one of the oldest and most established universities in the country.The university gave us a warm welcome and the international office took good care of us. I’m satisfied with my education. There are lot of opportunities to improve yourself.
If you’re wondering language,there is no language barrier because everybody speaks English very well. The university also has a large number of international students.
The university has lots of dormitories which solves your accommodation situation and it offers social facilities such as ESN club, gym and special events for students.
Overall, it was a valuable and enriching experience.

Studying Economics at Kaunas University of Technology has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The program is well-structured and focuses not only on economic theory but also on real-world applications, which makes the learning feel relevant and useful. Courses encourage analytical thinking, data-based decision-making, and understanding how economics works in practice, especially in a European and global context.

What I really appreciate is the supportive attitude of the lecturers—they are approachable and open to discussion, which makes even complex topics easier to understand. Group work, projects, and case studies help build confidence and practical skills. Overall, the program feels demanding in a good way, and it has helped me grow academically while preparing me for future career or research opportunities.

My opinion is that as I’m an international student I would like to say that this university is best choice for my higher studies.Because when compares to other european universities, I think this university gives high value education at affordable cost. I would recommend this for those who like to come to this University

A wonderful faculty with such diversity of specialization. There are wide assortment of machinery and subjects related to learn to operate them. The professor’s are amazing with each and everyone excelling in their fields.

According to my experience it is really good to study. My department staff is really good and educated, I just facing language barrier problem such as I can only speak English and sometimes I meet some teachers who are not good in English speaking. Overall my experience is really good.

I would highlight the strong technical education and solid engineering foundation.
Studying radio electronics engineering gave me a structured way of thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of technical systems.

I am a student in the second year of a master’s program at KTU. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure how my studies would go at KTU, but after I settled down in Kaunas and my lectures started, I felt better and better every day. You can have an academic and career mentor, which in my mind can significantly help you during your studies. The most important thing about KTU is that they care about you; for example, if you have good grades and participate in some activities, you can apply for a scholarship. Also, there is a chance to improve your skills by being a mentor for new students or by volunteering at university events. If I want to share one sentence with students, I would say: everything is ready to shine at KTU.

I am studying my Master’s program here and overall my experience has been good. The courses are well structured and focused on practical knowledge as well as theory. Most professors are supportive, friendly, and ready to help students when needed. The university provides good facilities, online systems, and learning materials. Group projects help students learn teamwork and international culture. Sometimes the workload is heavy, but it helps improve time management skills.

Studying at the ktu was a life-changing experience for me. The campus environment was vibrant and inspiring, and it encouraged me to think independently and explore new ideas. Beyond academics, I built strong friendships and learned important life lessons about teamwork, responsibility, and resilience.
