I like Bocconi because of the rules that run this university. It’s full of different rules that work for everyone, students and professors. Things are pretty much clear and everyone seems to be helpful. Moreover, I like the way they schedule and create the exams, almost every exams fit the knowledge of the students. Furthermore, you could also find friendly classmates to share your university experience. But we also have bad news. Sometimes the strictness of the rules are too much. They show no flexibility, for me that is not good. Then we also have competition between classmates, everyone want to be the greatest. To conclude, Bocconi is the perfect university if you want to increase your knowledge and your attitude to the job market.
2. Politecnico di Milano
Politecnico di Milano is also known as the Polytechnic University of Milan. It was founded in 1863 and is the largest Italian university in Engineering, Architecture and Design, with nearly 45,000 students. It has seven campuses located in Milan and in other nearby Italian cities. This university is backed by research and aims at providing the best standards in education. MIP Politecnico Di Milano was founded as a Consortium between the Politecnico di Milano and many Italian institutions. It offers a regular MBA and EMBA through their international full-time MBA is a full-time course.
If I went back I would make this choice again. The effort required is not little but a very rewarding achievement of the objectives. Polimi offers high trained professors, state-of-the-art facilities, updated teaching and a good preparation for future career. In addition, it gives the possibility to exploit European and extra territory thanks to international collaborations with universities and big firms around the world in order to improve personal skills and to put theory into practice.
3. University of Bologna
The University of Bologna was founded in 1088. It is one of the oldest in the world. It attracts prominent figures from science and the arts. Today, it has over 215-degree programmes among its 33 Departments, 11 Schools, and over 84,000 students. The University of Bologna has over five campuses in Bologna, Cesena, Forlì, Ravenna, Rimini. I’m majoring in Business and Economics, the program is really well done, and the professors are competent and experienced in the field. There is a good balance between theoretical and practical studying, and the professors are always ready to help. The environment is overall really good for students, filled with international students and people that can’t wait to make new friendships.
4. LUISS University
LUISS University was founded in 1974 by a group of entrepreneurs. It is an independent, private university in Rome, Italy. LUISS specialises in the Social Sciences. To continue, the Luiss educational model combines academic rigour with practical relevance and it also offers students a variety of learning opportunities to develop and refine soft skills such as leadership. LUISS University has also founded LUISS Business School for the purpose of delivering post-graduate education The Luiss MBA is a full-time course that has a “boutique feel” as it has dedicated career service and personal coaches to world-class professors and friendly staff. This MBA caters to young professionals and even middle-managers.
The programme is super well designed. The teachers have a lot of background and experience. The Classes are super practical. We did not miss anything. I wish the program was longer cause I really enjoyed it.
5. Catholic University of the Sacred Heart
The Catholic University of the Sacred Heart is also known as UCSC or UNICATT or simply Cattolica. It has twelve facilities and five campuses throughout Italy. UNICATT offers undergraduate degrees, postgraduate degrees, as well as study abroad programmes. In the QS World University Rankings by Subject, Cattolica’s ascendency placed the University in a formidable company, with 12 disciplines ranked in the top 250 in the world, or higher. Last but not least, it offers different types of MBA degrees like MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship, MBA in Global Business and Sustainability, Executive MBA and more.
A very well-trained team of professors, excellent organization and the university is among the most beautiful in Italy. Probably going back in time I would make the choice to enrol at a Catholic university.
6. Università Ca’ Foscari
It was established in 1868 as the Royal Business College. Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (UNIVE) was the first institution in Italy and among the first in Europe to offer higher education in business and economics. However, the university offers studies in the subject of arts & humanities, economics & management, international studies, languages, public governance and science. It provides a Master’s degree programme in Business Administration.
I’ve been studying at the Campus of Treviso since 2014 when I started the courses for my Bachelor, and now I am getting the Master Degree. It’s a friendly environment in a quiet city, not far from the headquarters in Venice. Teachers are always available, and the offices are well-organized.
7. American University of Rome
The American University of Rome offers one of the leading American international undergraduate business programs in Europe. Furthermore, It allows the students to choose from seven different areas of specialization divided into the field of expertise.
My university is hard to explain, there are some things that work really well like classes and the programs are really interesting. but there are also problems like, it’s really hard to reach if you don’t have your own car, also the secretariat it’s terrible.
in the end, it’s a good university, I have a good relationship with my professor and my classmates.
9. Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies
Located in Pisa, Sant’Anna is a special status Italian university. The law established this school on 14 February 1987. SSSA has recently entered into a federation along with the Institute for Advanced Studies of Pavia (IUSS) and Scuola Normale Superiore (SNS). One of the main missions of this university is scientific research and it provides a master degree in Innovation Management.
First Italian University according to THE, scolarship included for everyone that gets in: paid accomodation and food, no fees, paid international experiences. Only the best students get in, but it’s worth trying
10. University of Pisa
An edict of Pope Clement VI founded the University of Pisa in 1343. The famous alumni of the university include Galileo Galilei, the founder of modern science. It provides a 12 month MBA covering a full range of general management issues.
