Undoubtedly, law as a course is an indispensable field of study looking at the fact that it opens the eyes of an individual, making him know right from wrong, in the same vein. The University of Abuja is one of the best universities when it comes to the study of law in Nigeria, the department has 85% professors and 10% PhD holders with 5% of young lecturers, its worth it studying under these lecturers who have mentored a lot of students over time.

I don’t like the fact that the lecture halls aren’t spacious enough and sometimes we are kept standing while the lecture is ongoing and sometimes the lectures don’t even hold because there’s no free hall. I think the school should improve their teaching and build more lecture halls. The student life is average and sometimes frustrating.

The practicality of the lectures makes you get the hang of a particular topic immediately, they provide means of makin it easy for you to get on with project work with great understanding, the programme I’m currently running which I’m almost done has been an amazing experience, with friendly lecturers and an amazing learning environment. The only issue with them is the insufficient availability of accommodation for the massive number of students that are on campus although I think measures are taken to solve that issue.
