I had a very positive experience at the University of Abuja as a student of English for four years. I found it to be a challenging yet supportive environment that really prepared me for my future. Most of my professors were highly intelligent and took pride in what they did.

My fondest memories are from the faculty class blocks, vying to sit at the front row and fighting playfully for charging spaces. I also loved the cool ambience of the library. Another thing I loved was the constant programs, conferences, seminars, and skill acquisition workshops that were always going on. There was always something to do or to attend. There was also an active political atmosphere with the SUG elections and faculty elections.

I met a lot of fantastic people that shared the same interests with me, like in the uniabj music team where I sang to my heart’s content and met so many talented people.

The only thing I disliked was the lack of hostel accommodation spaces. It was incredibly hard to get one and I ended up having to stay off campus. Also, the academic calendar was usually fast and rushed; one minute I’ve resumed and the next I’m writing exams.

So, would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely. I would especially recommend it to students who are proactive and want to get involved. If you take advantage of the resources and opportunities here, you will have an incredible and rewarding university experience.

It’s a good university, with a vibrants environment. Educational activities are also thorough. However, government government neglect for several years retarded its growth. Additionally, corruption was detrimental to its growth.

My time at the University of Abuja was a mix of challenges and rewarding experiences. The university has a vibrant academic environment with dedicated lecturers, although resources like library materials, access to technology could sometimes be limited. The campus is spacious, and student life is bustling with cultural activities, which made it easy to meet people and build connections. However, like many public universities in Nigeria, there were occasional disruptions to the academic calendar due to strikes, which affected the flow of studies.Overall, the University of Abuja provides a solid education, but improvements in infrastructure and better management of the academic schedule would enhance the experience for future students.

The university of Abuja is a Federal university located in the capital of Nigeria. The university of Abuja offers a wide range of courses ranging from science courses to Arts courses. The school`s calendar is quite fast and ensures students are taught on schedule. University of Abuja has provided a conducive learning environment furnished with tools like Air conditioners and so many others have been put in place for its students. Inasmuch as the school is welcoming of people from different races and seems perfect, it has its cons and these are identified as their lack of participation in sports and things are quite pricey on campus. Nevertheless, University of Abuja should still be your top choice for universities.

The college had top-notch lecturers with a well-structured plan, but they made it unnecessarily difficult to pass their courses. Also, the physical structures were not well-equipped for learning and the admin made it difficult for me to send my transcript to the schools I applied to after graduation.
