My experience at the University of Abuja was both interesting and rewarding. It provided me with a very good learning environment and valuable academic exposure. However, there are areas that need improvement. Lecturers should make it a priority to attend classes regularly and on time to avoid the rush and “panic teaching” that often occurs close to examinations. In addition, students should have a clear and accessible avenue to raise complaints or seek clarification regarding their results. Most importantly, there is a need for greater transparency in the management and release of students’ results.

I’d recommend the university on two basis namely; the rigour of learning and the bluntness of the reality in the school system, both of which prepares you for the real world.
The diversity in the institution is great and when combined with the broad nature of learning in the university, one learns a whole lot about the real world just from the institution.
