I studied Biology at the University of Abuja starting in 2009, and overall, it was a decent academic experience. The strength of the programme lies in its passionate and knowledgeable lecturers who genuinely want students to succeed. The lectures were rigorous, and we covered a wide range of topics from genetics to ecology.

However, one of the major challenges was the lack of practical exposure. The laboratory facilities were often under-equipped, and this limited hands-on learning. For a science-based course like Biology, this was a major drawback. Also, administrative delays and frequent strikes affected the academic calendar and disrupted focus sometimes.

Campus life was relatively lively, and I appreciated the diversity of students from across Nigeria. Social and academic clubs added to the experience.

Despite the shortcomings, I would recommend the University of Abuja to students who are self-driven and can adapt to a sometimes challenging academic environment. With more investment in infrastructure, it could become a top-tier institution in the country.

University of Abuja is a prestigious federal institution that offers professional courses and more.
I am more thrilled with the Calender system that the school operates with, it make sure there is no extra year nor extra time irrespective of the circumstances.
The tight calendar and schedules gives no room for slacks.

This institution is actually of good standards and discipline with good road networks and all. The school’s structures are fine and also I like the environment of the school, beautiful. The professors sometimes try their best to make us learned. Overall, I have no issues

UniAbuja is such a lovely place and the Campus is absolutely beautiful. It has pretty much everything you could need on Campus. The lecturers are very enthusiastic about their subjects and are very Student-friendly. They are morally upright and have very good principles. I’ve had a brilliant time this far and I’m very happy here.

The University of Abuja has a good campus and facilities, nothing to complain about to be honest. It’s a really nice university which has provided me with a wonderful experience thus far. Everything about this place is fantastic.The lecturers and lectures are great, the Structures are in good shape and the University and student life are both excellent. University of Abuja is known to be one of the University to have good facilities like science laboratories, standard lecture halls and above all a standard computer laboratory. good sporting equipment are also available.

The academic delivery of the school is really poor and the people are poor so they can’t afford books or extra tutors to explain things they can’t understand later in the semester and it is not even their fault it is mostly the fault of the government and then asuu is dragging the time it’ll take to graduate so it is a dilemma
