I had a great experience at the University of Abuja. The institution offers a well-rounded curriculum with a strong emphasis on practical experience and research. The academic environment is vibrant, and the university prioritizes diversity and inclusion, making it a welcoming space for students from all backgrounds.

One of the standout features of the university is its strong sense of community among students. It’s easy to get involved in extracurricular activities and campus initiatives. However, one area that needs improvement is the limited availability of hostels for students.

I got admission kind of late. lectures started already, I had to travel all the way from my city (Ibadan) down to Abuja. It was easy to adapt to classes cause the students were nice and they put me through all missed classes. The lectures are the world’s best ones, they know what they are doing. The accommodation is not good at all, just 2 hostels are on campus but overall the university of Abuja is a good school. But the semesters are rushed most times. Students’ mental health isn’t really put into consideration. So if you are looking for a school that puts student mental health into consideration. Uniabuja is a no-go area.
