EADA Business School is one of the few schools in Spain that have both the EQUIS and AMBA accreditations. It is also a member of the CFA Institute partner programme.
The school offers a wide range of management degree programmes in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance and Operations. Those are all offered at a Master’s degree level. But EADA runs high-level training programmes for executives, too, such as the PDG, General Management Programme which was set up in 1967 and is designed for senior managers, and the PDA (Management and Administration Programmes) for junior and middle managers.
In addition to those programmes, EADA also offers Manager Development programmes. The school is also known for its outstanding MBA programmes, some of them are fully taught in English, with the Global Executive MBA being of them.
EADA Business School, programmes are primarily people-focussed. The school delivers modern, innovative training, in order to make sure that its students maximise their professional advancement. Thousands of students have already trusted EADA with their education, proving that EADA is one of the most prestigious business schools in Europe. Graduates gain a global outlook while studying at EADA and are therefore well-equipped for their future careers, whether they find employment in local, or international companies.
At EADA, the training methods are innovative – they combine training and consultancy with the development of business strategies, etc. It’s a practical and active approach based on real case studies, as well as teamwork while solving problems, and drawing up concrete proposals and an action plan. EADA is one of the oldest private business schools in Barcelona. They always tried to be the best and competed for achievement. Recently it is ranked as third in Spain after ESADE and IE. Its third ranking is guaranteed but in future school is aiming to be second and then first. Comparing prices, EADA is quite cheaper than IE and ESADE degrees. I have studied finance master degree and education is fulfilling every missing point for students. With enormous network and school’s reputation, it is easy to find a job after graduation. Lastly, School is located in the centre of Barcelona and easy to travel for students from every point of the city.
EADA Business school is in the Example, in the center of Barcelona.
During this master you can meet people coming around the world: Multicultural business improvement. => We learnt to work with people from different opinions. ( Openminded)
High quality teachers
A lot of interaction in class thanks to cases.
Its an interesting and challenging Master.
So majority of teachers are great and inspiring. They harmonise their experiences with know-how to deliver game-changing lessons.
The intl management course structure is also challenging. You develop much-needed EQ with relevant soft skills especially e.g. time management and group cohesion.
The improvements relate to admin and organisation in general. The timetabling is often disbalanced at the end of the trisemesters when they squeeze students. But this can backfire if it interferes with performance academically. But as already mentioned, this is a minor detail.
The EADA exchange programme is also an area of improvement. The way they match candidates with places is inconsistent sometimes. I would encourage them to focus on opening more places at the host institution as opposed to encouraging students to take what is left. If a student works hard and performs above average, then they deserve a place on the programme they chose, one way or another. But these instances are few and often negotiable.
So far it’s been great to test my limits and I look forward to the more challenges to come.
Currently following the master in management at EADA, it is a really enriching experience. The case method study is really adapted to business studies and keep us busy learning a lot every day. Barcelona is a pleasant city to live in with many opportunities to divert and one of the most innovative place in Europe.
Coming from a background completely unrelated to business or management, EADA has been ideal as I haven’t felt that I’m at a huge disadvantage.
The professors are helpful and the atmosphere around the place is friendly.
It’s also in a central location in Barcelona, which is an advantage.
