Completing the EMBA at EADA was an excellent decision. While my professional background exposed me to many business areas, I lacked the formal foundations. This program bridged that gap, providing solid theory and a crucial strategic view.

It was a different experience. In India we learn everything from the depth of the concept. but here it was more of application basis. Role play, mind game all these were very innovative. On the other hand Collabato training was for bond building and that’s worked very well.

This course completely changed my perspective on leadership. We covered essential topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team management. The interactive workshops and real-life case studies made the learning experience engaging. The professor brought in guest speakers from top companies, which was a great addition.
