The university is well managed and, I believe, driven by positive values. Its programs focus on impacting students’ careers in depth, resulting in many opportunities to network, find out more about ourselves and go further than our limits.

My experience at EADA was extremely positive, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when many institutions struggled to adapt. What stood out the most was how quickly and effectively EADA accommodated the learning process to ensure that students experienced minimal disruption.

The faculty and administration demonstrated remarkable flexibility by transitioning smoothly to online and hybrid learning methods while maintaining the same high academic standards. Classes remained interactive, collaborative, and engaging, which helped preserve the quality of the learning experience despite the challenges of the pandemic.

Communication was always clear and timely, and the school consistently prioritized student support and well-being. Professors were approachable, adaptable, and committed to making sure every student stayed on track academically and professionally.

What I appreciated most was EADA’s commitment to continuity and innovation. They ensured that learning, networking, and teamwork opportunities continued seamlessly, making students feel supported throughout an uncertain period. Their proactive approach truly reflected the institution’s dedication to both academic excellence and student success.

I believe that the university is managed by sincere and positive-minded people, which shows in the way their programs challenge, bring together, and change their diverse participants. Though I am not entirely done with my Master’s, I have the feeling that joining EADA has brought me tremendous opportunities, in addition to helping me clarify how I envision my future. I can recommend joining the EADA community to any open-minded student ready for a real challenge and for a big leap into the professional world.

For me EADA stood out for its great spirit of camaraderie, which allows you to connect with people from corners of the world that are completely different from our own, as well as for its highly practical experience, tailored to the day-to-day life of a person in a professional context. A 10/10 experience, without a doubt.

EADA’s curriculum is based on case studies and real life business examples. A good portion of the grade is based on active participation – to get a 10/10 means to be extremely well prepared and engaged during class. Something that future students should have in mind is the fact that team work is extremely important at EADA. They should be prepared to do the vast majority of school work in teams of 4-6. Some people found that challenging, however I believe it’s invaluable. I don’t believe it’s the most challenging school out there but I’ve definitely gained a lot of useful knowledge and I’ve met some great people.

While the program wasn’t very academically challenging, it was exceptional and bringing an international group of people together. With most assignments being group based you had to work with people from all over the world.

My time at EADA Business School was especially valuable for building an international network, developing meaningful social connections, and strengthening my soft skills in an international environment. Academically, the program provided a solid foundation with a strong practical focus, although some of the content overlapped with topics I had already covered during my Bachelor’s studies in Germany, and certain academic areas could have been explored in greater depth.

My experience at EADA was much more than an academic experience — it became a very intense personal and professional journey, and honestly, a before and after moment in my life.

What stood out the most to me was the practical approach of the program. The classes were dynamic, interactive, and focused on real business situations instead of only theory. I really valued the practical exercises, group challenges, outdoor activities, and excursions because they made the learning process feel much more real and memorable.

One of the experiences I enjoyed the most was visiting the winery and having the opportunity to share a long lunch with the owners. Listening to them speak openly about their business, leadership style, challenges, and vision was incredibly valuable. For me, moments like these were what made the program different from a traditional master’s degree.

I also appreciated that the program pushes you outside your comfort zone on a personal level. It is an environment where you need to allow yourself to be vulnerable — both with others and with yourself. You learn how to collaborate better, truly listen to people, communicate under pressure, and work as a team. Beyond business tools, I genuinely feel I gained tools for life.

Another highlight was the human side of the experience. The conversations after long days, the walks in the mountains, the shared pressure of projects, and the emotional intensity of the program created very strong and meaningful connections with classmates.

If I had to mention one aspect that did not fully meet my expectations, it would be the international diversity of the cohort. I expected to meet more people from different parts of Europe and the world. While the experience definitely helped us leave our comfort zones, I still felt many dynamics remained closely connected to Latin American culture and perspectives. For a Master in International Management, I imagined a more globally diverse environment.

That said, I would absolutely recommend EADA. It was a transformational experience that changed not only my professional mindset, but also my way of approaching leadership, teamwork, communication, and personal growth.

It is demanding and emotionally intense at times, but deeply rewarding at the same time. I left with meaningful relationships, practical knowledge, and a much broader perspective about myself and my future.
