I am currently a student at EADA’s International Masters program in Sustainability Business. I am finding it very enriching in terms of diversity and knowledge. All courses focus on current business issues looking through a sustainability lens, which makes it very unique. The professors are experienced professionals and create a very engaging class setting. Learning is done through case studies, readings, and open discussions. Moreover, the program not only focuses on our academic development but also has specific modules dedicated to our personal development as future team members and leaders. The classroom has over 20 nationalities which makes it very international and discussion is always interesting. If you like questioning the current systems we have in place and want to be part of the next wave of globalization and change, I highly recommend that you apply to this master’s program in the vibrant city of Barcelona.

Finding a good programme in Sustainability which applies to the world we’re living in today can be challenging. For me, the International Master in Sustainable Business is a perfect blend of business concepts and leadership training. The core subjects give you a deep understanding of how real businesses work, right from marketing, operations, finance to strategy. All the professors are highly experienced in their fields and are passionate about teaching. They are always available to guide you when you need help. This knowledge is also complemented by the Leadership Training Program which is condicted in EADA’s residential campus in Collbato. It is an amazing experience, with outdoor activities, team and individual activities that develop leadership skills. Besides the academics, there are a number of networking opportunities and career services provided by the school. Collaboration with classmates from over 20 countries, gaining an understanding of different cultures and perspectives is a huge bonus.

It’s incredible to see how EADA incorporates sustainability and innovation in almost all the Masters and MBA curriculum, and I, being from the MSc in Sustainable Business and innovation program, had the opportunity to dive deep into the sustainability aspect of different business functions: marketing, strategy, finance, operations, circular innovation, etc.

The professors have a real knack for bringing sustainability to life by drawing on their personal experiences implementing eco-friendly frameworks in actual companies. Plus, the program’s hands-on approach, with classes set up as discussions and real-life case studies, makes all the difference. We’ve discussed IKEA, Apple, Fairphone, Tony’s Chocolonely, and many more. The Leadership Program in Collbató really helps you develop those soft skills while also expanding your network beyond your own master’s cohort. Imagine a weekend getaway where you’re not only brushing up on teamwork and communication but also forging genuine friendships with people from other master’s programs. It’s a surefire way to expand your network and sharpen your soft skills—plus, it’s surprisingly fun (think leadership boot camp meets summer camp vibes)! Naturally, there are moments when juggling multiple projects gets intense, but that’s pretty standard for a master’s program. If you’re someone looking for a holistic, real-world take on sustainable business, I would absolutely recommend EADA. The blend of theory, case-study discussions, and experiential learning makes for a well-rounded journey.

My experience at EADA has been really great, and I have learned so much in the past year in terms of sustainability, business, and myself. EADA’s goal is to turn students into knowledgable, well rounded, confident business professionals and I am leaving the program in a couple months as just that. I have been able to discover myself as a leader, while also developing my collaboration skills, and learning core business concepts with people from around the world. Meeting so many different people has allowed me to widen my perspective and knowledge of the world and other cultures. Getting to know my classmates over the past year has really been a great insight into cross cultural relationships and learning. Some of my favorite classes were Circular Economy, Sustainable Operations, and The New Business Paradigm, which really provided concrete insights into how we can start to develop a transition to businesses with increased sustainability. The whole program moves very quickly and is really great, however some of the course professors could be improved in the future. The program coordinators are very receptive to feedback and I’m sure issues raised will be changed in the future. Besides occasional disorganization, the program has been a great experience and has been very useful to preparing me for future business world scenarios and thinking. I am so happy to have decided to come to EADA and be able to participate in a diverse, innovative, and transformative program.

EADA Business School offers excellent facilities and a dynamic learning environment. What stood out most to me was the strong international exposure — collaborating with students from diverse backgrounds really enriches the experience. The atmosphere encourages both professional growth and meaningful connections. Overall, it’s an inspiring place to learn, exchange ideas, and expand your perspective.

I studied at EADA for my Master’s in Sustainable Business and Innovation, and I absolutely loved my experience there.

The classes and professors were both interesting and diverse. Many of the courses were interconnected, which made it much easier to understand and assimilate the concepts we were learning.
The program also places a strong emphasis on presentations, which helped me significantly improve my presentation skills and gain confidence in public speaking.

Beyond the academics, the people I met were truly one of the highlights of the experience. I made friendships that I believe will last a lifetime. The community is incredibly welcoming, and because the school is so international, it creates a very enriching environment with many opportunities to network and meet inspiring people from around the world.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the organization, as there can sometimes be last-minute changes or information shared quite late. That said, overall it was one of the best academic experiences I’ve had.

I really liked my time at EADA. Comparing to my business school in France, the fact that EADA mixes nationalities from all around the world is very enriching. In a class of 30 students, we were more or less 22 nationalities which is really a plus to me. Classes are small which allons every student to be listened to and involved in class and we were able to share opinions. I found the classes well done, even if a bit repetitive sometimes I would recommend. The real positive positive point for me is culturally speaking regarding the different cultures and mindset we had. Outside of class we had a lot of group works and net working was very important.
