EADA combines an excellent location with highly experienced, top-level professors that provide lectures that really bring you forward.
I spent a great time at a professional and highly reputative business school. A once- in a lifetime experience.
Completing my International MBA at EADA Business School has been an exceptional and transformative experience. The program combines academic rigor with a strong focus on leadership development, providing the tools not only to advance professionally but also to grow personally.
One of the highlights was the leadership modules in Collbató, which offered a unique opportunity to build self-awareness, strengthen decision-making skills, and practice effective teamwork in a multicultural environment. The diversity of the cohort greatly enriched classroom discussions and allowed me to gain perspectives from a wide range of industries and cultures.
Beyond the academic content, what truly differentiates EADA is its strong sense of community. Working alongside such a collaborative and motivated group of peers turned the demanding nature of the program into an incredibly rewarding journey.
I would highly recommend EADA to professionals seeking a rigorous, internationally oriented MBA that develops both business acumen and leadership skills for today’s complex global environment.
View moreI did the International MBA at EADA back in 2012–2013. The part I valued most was the mix of people in the program. Classmates from all over the world, from completely different industries and backgrounds. That kind of diversity isn’t something you can manufacture, and it made every conversation, every group project, every debate feel real and grounded in actual different worldviews. I learned just as much from my peers as from the classroom.
I came in with a fairly technical background in tech, and the MBA gave me what I was missing: how to think about business, strategy, the bigger picture.
I initially chose EADA because it offered me the chance not only to earn an MBA but also to delve deeper into the topic of Sustainability & ESG at one of the world’s leading business schools in this field.
The year of study itself and the additional semester abroad flew by very quickly and were filled with experiences and knowledge that still resonate with me today.
After graduation, I was able not only to apply the knowledge I gained at my new job but also to start a new chapter in my professional career by becoming a professor, including at EADA itself.
In summary, I can confidently say that this year spent with my now-close classmates not only allowed me to gain a fresh perspective on numerous business issues but also gave me the opportunity to achieve the original goals I set when choosing EADA – and even exceed them.
View moreI confidently recommend EADA. I’ve just completed the full-time International MBA program, and it has been a truly transformative experience.
First, the faculty are top-tier professionals with solid careers both in academia and the business world. That alone sets the tone, but what really makes EADA special is its strong sense of community and collaboration. With just around 40 students in the classroom, I’d describe it as a ’boutique MBA’, small enough to foster rich dialogue and strong connections with professors and peers (unlike larger programs where raising your hand in a room of 80 can be challenging) EADA encourages open exchange and classroom discussion.
Another highlight is the “360 development perspective”. The program places equal importance on soft skills like leadership, negotiation, and self-awareness, making them central to the learning process, something I believe is essential in today’s competitive job market.
Finally, I must mention the warmth and professionalism of the entire EADA team, from faculty staff and administration. They’re always ready to help, always with a smile.
In short, the Full time international MBA has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my professional growth, and I hope EADA continues to expand its impact on how businesses and leaders evolve in the future
I had the opportunity to attend EADA Business School in Barcelona as part of an exchange program during my MBA, and it was an incredibly enriching experience.
Even though my time there was shorter, the academic quality was exceptional. The professors combine strong theoretical expertise with a highly practical and interactive teaching style. Classes are dynamic, case-driven, and focused on real business challenges, encouraging active participation and critical thinking.
The knowledge and perspective I gained during the exchange significantly complemented my MBA journey. EADA’s strong emphasis on leadership development, teamwork, and ethical management added an important international dimension to my education. The multicultural environment further enhanced the learning experience, allowing me to engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries.
Studying at EADA means being part of a community built on collaboration, responsibility, and a global mindset. It was a valuable chapter of my academic path that contributed meaningfully to both my professional and personal growth.
View moreEADA is an excelent university, the MBA programme was enriching, I had great classmates, the curriculum is very broad. There is a important point to bring tho: the career help during and after the programme is not the most developed and that brings frustration after the graduation.
View moreMy experience at EADA has been very positive so far. The program combines strategic thinking with practical business applications, which helps students connect theory with real-world challenges. I especially value the international environment and the opportunity to interact with professionals from different countries and industries.
The professors usually bring practical examples and encourage participation, discussion, and critical thinking during classes. The methodology is dynamic and focused on problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork.
One of the strongest aspects is the global perspective integrated into the courses, especially in areas related to management, operations, and business strategy. I would definitely recommend the university to professionals looking for an international and practical learning experience.
View moreEADA is a solid option if you are looking for an affordable, fast-tracked MBA in Barcelona. It sits behind IESE and ESADE in the city’s business school rankings, but carves out a niche for a specific type of candidate.
The Good:
The most compelling argument for EADA is its value proposition — the tuition fee is roughly half of what IESE or ESADE charges, and the 10-month format means you are back in the job market faster. For candidates who are self-driven, resourceful, and already have a clear career direction, this trade-off makes genuine financial sense. Barcelona as a city also adds significant lifestyle and networking value in its own right.
Where It Falls Short:
The careers department is unfortunately the program’s biggest weakness. Support is inconsistent, and the engagement from the alumni network — critical for any MBA — feels underwhelming. Several alumni are difficult to reach or simply do not respond, which limits the practical value of the school’s community.
Brand recognition among recruiters is more limited than the school’s marketing suggests, particularly outside Spain. Candidates expecting the EADA name to open doors the way IESE or ESADE does may be disappointed.
The academic experience is uneven. The International MBA lacks depth in several subjects and offers no meaningful specialization track, which makes it harder to position yourself as an expert in a specific domain post-graduation. Some faculty feel dated in their teaching approach, with classroom energy that does not match the expectations of an international cohort paying premium fees.
The admission criteria appear lenient — the result is a classroom where analytical skill levels vary enormously, which noticeably affects the quality of case discussions and peer learning, one of the most valuable parts of any MBA.
Finally, the business simulation — a flagship experiential element — feels superficial in execution. A multi-day game format does not adequately substitute for the deep strategic learning it is meant to deliver.
Bottom Line
EADA is the right school if you want an affordable, internationally diverse MBA in one of Europe’s best cities and are prepared to build your own career path independently. It is not the right school if you are counting on the institution’s brand or careers office to do that heavy lifting for you. Go in with open eyes, and you can get value from it. Go in with high expectations, and you may leave frustrated.
View moreThe programme content allows you to choose your field of interest, the student base is international, there is a good leadership module, however the quality of the professors is not top notch. Big plus is the city of Barcelona, which is great for student life.
