NOVA IMS is a great University. I took the Data Science and Advanced Analytics master programme and I’m very satisfied with the outcomes. First it’s really important to have the applicability of the theorical lectures and I think it was very dynamic and objective the way that they approached it. The facilities are great, the professors are friendly and the environment was easy for the ones that are looking for networking and more opportunities at the market. I’m very glad and I totally recommended it.

What I liked the most was the type of teaching, which was quite international and which appealed to the constant interaction of students, both during classes and after classes. The teachers are always available to help and answer questions.

I think that Nova IMS is a great university for studying data driven degrees, the quality of instruction is excelent and the teachers are really helpful:

-Teachers care that the students learn the subject than just give the material.
– All the material gets updated quickly according to new trends on the industry
-Most of the classes have a theoretical class and a practical class to apply the skills learned
– The staff is really nice and helpful
Negatives
– Some specific subjects are not up to the standards compared to the rest of the subjects

Great university with an amazing infraestructure and amazing professionals. On my master’s, the classes were given in english and all professors helped out if needed. Good methodologies and interesting program.
By choosing some of the courses we can do, we can make the degree more personalized and fit to our interests. On the thesis, the supervisors are really helful and we can choose from a list of topics pre-existent or create one from scratch, which can be helpful for future studies/some work areas.

I am currently enrolled in the Master’s in Data-Driven Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing and Analytics at NOVA IMS, and my experience so far has been extremely positive. The university is very welcoming, creating an environment where students feel supported from day one.
One of my initial concerns was the language, but the fact that the program is taught in English has not been a barrier at all. The professors make the content very accessible, ensuring everyone follows along easily. In terms of workload, I find the difficulty level to be well-balanced.
I honestly have no negative points to mention so far.

Additionally, the student services work very well and genuinely try to understand and support students whenever needed. Overall, I feel that this master’s is pushing me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way and preparing me strongly for the future.
