ESCP Business School (4.50/5 rating)

ESCP Business School

Founded in 1819, ESCP Business School is technically the world’s oldest business school. Programmes span a well-rated Grande École, a Master’s in Management, and an MBA, and while the Paris site welcomes around 4,000 students a year, students can also complete their degree internationally.

It scores lowest on accommodation (2.64), which may be down to its city-centre location – competition for apartments and rooms in Paris can be fierce.

Top International Business School

I highly recommend ESCP to anyone who is smart, driven, and wants to work in an international environment. First, top companies regularly recruit from ESCP which allowed to land an internship which transitioned to a full -time role. Second, I was able to study at two campuses (Paris and Berlin) and because of this I received a diploma from both countries which made applying for visas much more straight forward. Finally, it was insipidity to work with other like minded students and I made connections that will last the entirety of my professional career. If you want go to a top school and study in multiple countries, ESCP is the place to go!

The programme covers a wide range of business subjects, which gave me a solid foundation and helped me develop both my knowledge and my way of thinking. It allowed me to build a strong business development and leadership mindset while gaining practical skills that I can apply in a professional environment.

One of the highlights was studying alongside students from many different countries. Working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds helped me broaden my perspective and learn from different ways of thinking and doing business.

Paris School of Business – PSB (4.18/5 rating)

Paris School of business top school for accommodation

At the Paris School of Business, students share a city-centre campus with five other creative and cultural schools, complete with a makerlab, sound studio and a historic library. This cross-disciplinary environment, with art, design, acting and journalism, offers a unique perspective on business studies – and our reviewers evidently enjoy the experience, rating the school 4.11 for value for money and 4.16 for professors.

Like many of the business schools on this ranking – and European universities in general – Paris School of Business also receives a comparatively low score for accommodation (3.61). However, its consistent ratings across the board suggest that even this doesn’t detract from the overall experience of studying at such a dynamic school.

Well-rounded programme

Overall, I had a positive experience at ESSCA. The programme is well organized and provides a solid foundation in business and management. The courses were generally of good quality and covered a broad range of topics, helping students develop both academic knowledge and practical skills.

One of the aspects I appreciated most was the international exchange during the third year. ESSCA has a good network of partner universities, and the opportunity to study abroad was a valuable part of the programme.

Student life is also a real strength of the school. The associative environment is active and offers many opportunities to get involved outside the classroom, meet new people, and gain additional experience.

Like any programme, some courses were more engaging than others, but overall I found the experience enriching and would recommend it to students looking for a business school with a strong international dimension and a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities.

The university is one with you great repute, history and structure, I enjoyed my time there.

I love the dual approach to my program, the curriculum, and international representation you’d find there. The downside is the school’s little support for student integration, lecture delivery in some cases are not top tier, the city doesn’t suit a full experience, it’s secluded with very little economic opportunity. I’ll recommend the school to anyone looking to study legacy programs like Supply chain, business administration etc, but for more updates programs, I strongly advise against it, and for students who hope to interact with the city for integration shouldn’t look towards them.

A multicultural experience that shaped my future.

I truly loved my experience at TBS Education. The university provided me with many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally, especially through its international environment, diverse community, and practical approach to business. I appreciated the quality of the courses, the support from professors, and the opportunities to participate in projects and exchanges.

One thing I did not particularly appreciate was the lack of transparency regarding some grades. There were times when I received grades that I did not fully understand, and when I asked for explanations, I did not always receive clear feedback.

Overall, my experience at TBS was very enriching, and I learned a lot that will help me in my future career. I would definitely recommend this university to students looking for an international and challenging experience.

Great experience

First of all, what I appreciate the most is the academic environment. The courses are extremely stimulating and are taught by high-level professors, often experts in their field. The diversity of subjects offered, ranging from marketing to finance, including entrepreneurship, allows you to acquire a complete and versatile education. The group projects, although sometimes stressful, are also an opportunity to learn to work in a team, which is essential in the professional world.
One area that I feel could be improved is the management of student events. Although many activities are organized, I have noticed that some events can lack organization or communication, which can frustrate those who want to get involved. Better coordination between the different student associations and the administration could really improve the overall experience.

Immediate standout attributes

At Grenoble Ecole de Management, what stood out for me when I studied here was the innovation vibe. The courses are super aligned with current tech trends—AI, sustainability, entrepreneurship—all wrapped into real-world projects. Professors actually have industry experience and encourage debate, which makes classes feel alive. There’s a heavy focus on group work, and while that teaches collaboration, it can be stressful with people from wildly different backgrounds. The international mix here is great—more than half the students are non-French, which is enriching. The campus is modern so don’t expect a classic French uni vibe. Student life is strong if you put yourself out there, and some exchange visits to Europe. Sometimes the admin can be slow and unclear, especially for international students. The pressure is real during exam season, but the networking opportunities often balance that out.

Professors have real world Business experience.
We have small class size and most of the work is practical based meaning

My school has very good ties with business companies.
Now let me tell you some negative side.
Most of the international students strugle to live in France because we don’t understand their language.

I have had an excellent experience at EDHEC. The quality of the teaching is outstanding, with professors who combine strong academic expertise and real industry experience. The courses are practical, challenging, and closely aligned with the expectations of top employers.

One of EDHEC’S greatest strengths is its strong corporate network and career support

Programme Structure

Programme structure for BM Masters in EDHEC, Lille was great. We got a gap year between the two years to do two internships which allowed us to gain work experience during our masters.

Would definitely recommend.

Audencia Business School (4.18/5 rating)

Audencia Business School

Audencia Business School‘s main campus sits in Nantes, a popular French student city often bypassed by international students. Around 7,800 students from 120-plus nationalities study at Audencia, with reviewers highlighting its internationality (4.29), value for money (4.12), and professors (4.12).

The Financial Times ranks the school’s Grande École programme 25th globally, and it stands out for its focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR). In fact, Audencia is home to GAIA, the world’s first School for Ecological and Social Transition to be attached to a business school. If you’re interested in studying somewhere where sustainability is embedded into every aspect of the student experience, this is a good choice.

balance of fun and seriousness

– Excellent dual degree (but you need to be relatively high-ranking)
– Very well-organized student life
– Small class sizes of 40 students with good faculty support (not large lecture halls)
– Reputation varies depending on the sector (culture, audiovisual / finance -)

EM Normandie (4.17/5 rating)

What Makes EM Normandie Stand Out

EM Normandie‘s roots lie in Le Havre and Caen, Normandy’s two historic business hubs. The school’s Caen campus is part of the huge EPOPEA Caen Normandie Science & Innovation Park, while the Le Havre campus leans into the city’s maritime heritage, specialising in logistics, port and supply chain management.

Founded in 1871, EM Normandie is one of France’s oldest business schools, and offers a Bachelor in Management, an International Bachelor in Business Administration, a Grande École programme, and Specialised Masters/MSc programmes, accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. Though the school has not attracted as many reviews to date on EDUopinions, students rate it highly for facilities (4.5), professors (4.5), and career prospects (4.33).

International expérience

What i like the most is the opportunity to meet new people from all around the world
What i dislike the most is big class with too much people for being concentrate and be more open to participe ( particularly if you are shy) (class can be around 40 people sometimes)

A positive academic experience

EM Normandie is, overall, a satisfactory school. I particularly appreciated the teaching offered and the availability of the professors. However, there are some shortcomings on the part of the administration.
