Derby is very situated in very beautiful surroundings of Derbyshire. It offers robust student support services, and modern facilities, and focuses on employability through career development services and internships. However, it may not have the same global recognition or research intensity as some other UK universities, and its location in a smaller city might not appeal to everyone. Overall, it is a good choice for students seeking practical education and strong support, but prospective students should ensure the programs align with their goals.

The campus is nice, modern but is surprisingly small. Lecturers are good but can be difficult to get in touch with sometimes. Placement options are good but often organised by the student without much guidance from lecturers.
