I am enrolled in the F&B Mgt Master. My experience with RBS has been nothing but positive. Classes are well rounded and the teachers are very insightful and helpful. We are receiving a holistic education not just specific to F&B. As well as the global reach of the school allows you to connect with students and professionals from around the world.

Now that I have reached the halfway point of my Master’s program at RBS, I can confidently say that the experience has exceeded my expectations, both professionally and personally. As an Argentine Industrial Engineer, studying in Rome has broadened my perspective, exposed me to different management approaches, and allowed me to learn alongside classmates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
One of the most valuable aspects of the program has been the opportunity to engage with industry experts and executives from leading companies. Their guest lectures provide practical insights into current business challenges, complementing the academic content with real-world experiences and best practices.

We recently completed the RBS Business Simulation game, an excellent way to bridge the theoritical curriculum of an MBA program with a practical scenario, sharpening decision-making skills and learning to adapt based on the results of the competition.

Participating in the Business Simulation Game as part of my MBA at Rome Business School was one of the most practical and impactful experiences of the program, It provided a realistic environment to test strategic decision making under pressure and highlighted the strong interdependence between market dynamics, operational performance, cost discipline, people management, pricing strategy and profitability.

Choosing this International MBA has been a fantastic decision for my professional growth. On Monday, 6 July, I participated in the RBS Business Simulation Game, as part of the International MBA. It was an interactive and engaging experience that brought theoretical business concepts to life through practical application. The simulation challenged participants to apply both strategic and lateral thinking, balancing short-term revenue and margin objectives with decisions that would drive sustainable long-term growth and strengthen the company’s equity position.

The competition was dynamic, with teams adapting their strategies as the simulation evolved. The winning team demonstrated the value of making short-term sacrifices to achieve stronger long-term outcomes—a well-deserved achievement. Congratulations to them.

I was pleased to finish in second place with my team and, more importantly, gained valuable insights into strategic decision-making. The experience highlighted several areas where I can further refine my approach, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning and improvement in complex business environments.

I am currently in my second module, and so far I have had a great experience. The classes are well structured, and the teaching standard is higher than I expected. I appreciate how clearly everything is explained, and whenever I have questions, I can easily get the support I need. I also enjoy studying with people from all over the world in an online master’s program that understands the needs of students balancing their studies with full-time jobs. Overall, so far, so good!

As an American professional pursuing my MBA through Rome Business School, I’ve had a very positive experience so far. One of the biggest benefits has been the opportunity to collaborate with classmates and professionals from all over the world.
