Dr Selena Milanovic’s session at Rome Business School was a standout. She made AI in diagnostic imaging feel practical, not abstract, and showed clearly how Siemens Healthineers applies it. It brought me closer to the state-of-the-art in medical technology. Her view of the product manager as the CEO of a product line was truly inspiring. I was left with fresh ideas.

I started the Executive Master’s in Project Management at Rome Business School at the end of May, and after several months I can confidently say that one of the factors that truly sets the school apart is the quality of the people involved. The faculty bring a wealth of knowledge and high-level professional experience to the classroom, making every topic more practical, engaging, and closely connected to real business challenges.

At the same time, I have greatly appreciated the many events featuring guest speakers from different industries. These professionals and senior managers share their career journeys with remarkable authenticity, discussing not only their achievements but also the challenges, difficult decisions, and lessons learned along the way. These sessions provide valuable insights into what it really means to take on leadership responsibilities and help foster enthusiasm, passion, and motivation for continuous professional growth.

I am currently attending the International Master in Food & Beverage Management, and I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about the experience! Everything—from the program’s organization to the international environment and the quality of the faculty—has exceeded my expectations.

As a working professional, balancing work and studies is certainly no walk in the park. However, the lectures are truly engaging. The curriculum is perfectly structured, combining core business economics modules with specialized F&B management subjects. The professors are exceptionally knowledgeable, always approachable, and consistently available to answer questions in depth, whether online or on campus.

A special mention goes to the personalized support provided by the academic team: my program coordinator, Ms. Nunzia Lucente, has been extraordinarily attentive, helpful, and efficient every step of the way.

The CEO-for-a-Day Challenge was a highly valuable experience. Working on a real international business case presented directly by a Vice President of the company gave the exercise a level of realism and impact that went far beyond a traditional academic simulation.

As CFO, I was challenged to think strategically, collaborate with fellow executives, and make decisions under pressure. The experience also strengthened my leadership posture and executive communication skills, while pushing me beyond my comfort zone.

My experience with Rome Business School’s online program has been absolutely fantastic.
