My course was such an interesting course. I loved the university and the student life there is fantastic. You never feel like you don’t belong or that you can’t make friends. There are always people around you that would love to make friends with you. You feel engaged as it has a huge international environment. The teachers and tutors are professional and love to help. They are always willing to help whenever you need anything or have any questions. The university is full of opportunities and I would recommend it to anyone.

I attended the Executive MBA program, and it was a highly educational and stimulating experience. One of the key strengths is the faculty, composed of professionals capable of imparting skills in a practical and effective manner within a highly organized, international environment.

The CEO-for-a-Day Challenge was a highly valuable experience. Working on a real international business case presented directly by a Vice President of the company gave the exercise a level of realism and impact that went far beyond a traditional academic simulation.

As CFO, I was challenged to think strategically, collaborate with fellow executives, and make decisions under pressure. The experience also strengthened my leadership posture and executive communication skills, while pushing me beyond my comfort zone.

On Monday, 6 July, I participated in the RBS Business Simulation Game, as part of the International MBA. It was an interactive and engaging experience that brought theoretical business concepts to life through practical application. The simulation challenged participants to apply both strategic and lateral thinking, balancing short-term revenue and margin objectives with decisions that would drive sustainable long-term growth and strengthen the company’s equity position.

The competition was dynamic, with teams adapting their strategies as the simulation evolved. The winning team demonstrated the value of making short-term sacrifices to achieve stronger long-term outcomes—a well-deserved achievement. Congratulations to them.

I was pleased to finish in second place with my team and, more importantly, gained valuable insights into strategic decision-making. The experience highlighted several areas where I can further refine my approach, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning and improvement in complex business environments.

Choosing this International MBA has been a fantastic decision for my professional growth. The academic program is deeply rooted in modern business dynamics, offering practical lessons that encourage long-term strategic thinking.
