It was a true privilege to participate in the Pomellato visit (even if it was virtually 😊)! A sincere thank you to the Academic Team for organizing such an inspiring moment.
A highlight of the visit was hearing directly from Flavio Dal Lago, Chief Commercial Officer and learn directly from his perspective on leadership and the luxury jewelry industry. Special thanks to him, for taking the time to share his expertise with us.
Getting firsthand insights into Pomellato’s commercial strategy, brand vision, savoir-faire and commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship was truly invaluable. What stuck with me (also for some of my classmates) and made a deep impression on me was that sustainability is not just a secondary initiative for Pomellato, it is a central pillar of their corporate ethics, brand identity, and daily operations.

Along with its professors from different business backgrounds and their real-life company-business cases as student assignments, The Fashion Management Master Program at RBS definitely put me into the most accurate fashion business issues from the day one and continually pushed me to find creative solutions to learn how to survive and then grow in the industry.
Thanks to its culturally diverse class structure, I was privileged to collaborate with classmates from different business backgrounds all around the world. This characteristic of the RBS Fashion Management Master program allowed me to improve on my international cross-functional team skills, to be a good team player, create a spirit, and then achieve a common goal despite any kind of issues that may arise while working with a group of people.

The Rome Business School is a master’s school and it is possible to take classes both on campus and online. Even with the on campus format, all classes are live-streamed and can be reviewed later, making the program flexible and perfect for working students. Since the school is relatively new, communication and coordination between staff members and students still needs to be improved. The school is one of the most international business schools. Many people from all over the world meet in a new city to start a new master’s degree, which makes student life and networking easier. The school has a career guidance service that, if used purposefully, helps build a career.
