With a strong emphasis on guidance and instruction to help students accomplish their academic and personal goals, the professors are very personable and encouraging. The instructors work hard to establish a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere because they are enthusiastic about teaching and learning. They encourage kids to pursue their interests and ask questions, and they are always ready to provide an additional hand or two.
