Concordia University is a fantastic academic institution. One thing you’ll likely appreciate about the university is its diverse student body, which includes people from all over the world. This means that you’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from people with different cultural backgrounds and perspectives, which can be incredibly enriching.
Another thing that makes Concordia a great place to study is its academic programs. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs, including highly regarded programs in areas such as business, engineering, fine arts, and more. The professors are knowledgeable and dedicated, and they challenge their students to think critically and creatively.
If you’re someone who values hands-on experience, you’ll appreciate Concordia’s commitment to experiential learning. The university offers plenty of opportunities for students to get involved in research, internships, co-op programs, and other activities that allow them to apply what they’re learning in the classroom to real-world situations.
As for potential drawbacks, some students have found that the campus can feel a bit disconnected, as it’s spread out over several different locations in Montreal. Additionally, some students have found that the university’s bureaucracy can be frustrating at times.
Overall, though, I would highly recommend Concordia University. It’s a great institution with a lot to offer, and I think you’d find it to be a wonderful place to learn and grow
View moreThey offer a co-op program which gives good opportunities and job experience. The program has good resources available and teachers are very good. I am in BTM and would say it is an excellent program.
View moreThis university is fantastic great education system works really well classes and teachers are amazing. I also really like the easy access to almost every thing around whether it be online or in school
View moreI’m still in my journalism program and I like it so far! I have learned so many helpful things and I can’t way to put them in action. What I love is that we have easy access to every equipment we need to complete our projects. My cohort is already very close and everyone helps each other out.
View moreSome classes are questionable with their syllabus and the fairness of the class. Such classes as Comm 315 and Comm 308 are not classes that are fair on students with the lack of help and resources to prepare students for exams. Students should have questions that are exam relatable as practice questions to better understand the subject. Another fact is the lack of using excel in business. Excel is a very essential system that is used everywhere in business. Students should have the opportunity to use this program and understand it to ensure they are better off in the workforce. Other than this the school is very well run and I enjoy my program.
View moreI would recommend concordia university, the teachers of the exercise science program were for the most part very good and care a lot about their students. Also, the classes were fully equipped with all the necessary tools to help us succeed and the Loyola campus is beautiful.
View moreIt is my last semester at Concordia and I have enjoyed my time here while completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology. Overall, I liked the inclusive environment as well as the access to many helpful resources such as mental health help. I think that Concordia values our opinions as students and ensures that we have a good and healthy learning environment. There are many clubs and events that ensure that’s students are able to come together and enjoy extra curricular activities. While there are many valuable aspects of Concordia, I do think that in terms of course evaluations, we could provide feedback early on to ensure that our feedback has an impact on our experience and not only for future students of the course. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Concordia to someone who is looking for a organized, inclusive and supported education experience.
View moreI enjoy this university. I find some classes can be challenging because of coordinators. I also find that in order to succeed it’s important to seek outside sources for help such as wize prep. They have helped me pass my courses.
