Our university is a good institution, with a good program and very attentive and available professors. Recommendation: for the Master’s in Accounting, Control, and Auditing, I would have liked to have more accounting courses instead of some elective ones.

UQAM is a very good university. In general, the professors are approachable and the teaching methods are very enjoyable. However, it’s a bit stressful for us international students because of the pressure to succeed. Otherwise, it’s an excellent university.

And also the wide variety of programs, which is very relevant given all the qualified professors who teach, which is very motivating.

The professors are attentive and highly qualified, with clear explanations that make the material easy to understand. The program helps develop both technical know-how and professional soft skills. While theoretical which is normal for a master’s program, it allows for an in-depth understanding of several key concepts. Some courses, like internal audit, combine theoretical and practical knowledge, providing a solid foundation for conducting actual audit engagements.
