I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the university. The educational system, the teaching methods, and the overall environment have been outstanding, and I’ve felt a genuine connection to the university. The professors and the coursework have truly enriched my learning journey.
However, one aspect I found lacking was the guidance regarding career prospects. Despite achieving excellent results, I found that there wasn’t enough support or clear direction for entering the job market within my field. More structured career guidance and professional development opportunities would have been incredibly helpful.
I enjoyed my time at UH and would say that they have got the work balance bang on. It gave me the start in the industry i needed to thrive and progress. I made lifelong friends and got a 1st class education at the same time.

I’m currently in my final year studying Business Management with the University of Hertfordshire through SPC College in the UAE. Overall, it’s been a solid experience as I was looking for a recognized UK degree without leaving the UAE.
What’s Good?
1. UK curriculum with access to UH’s online resources, library, and proper academic structure.
2. Flexible learning – good for students who are working or prefer independent study.
3. Some local faculty at SPC are supportive and help break down complex topics.
What to Know?
1. You’ll need to be self-motivated because a lot of the learning is independent.
2. Campus life is limited, not much in terms of events or clubs.
3. Admin and academic support are slow at times during busy periods.
If you’re focused on getting your degree and don’t mind a low-key campus experience, this is a practical and affordable option. Just stay consistent and make use of the resources provided.
