The University of Liverpool is fantastic! The buildings are made of lovely red bricks, and they look amazing. When you see them, you’ll be mesmerized by their beauty.

But it’s not just about the buildings; the people there are super friendly and kind. You’ll feel really welcome and happy to be part of the university. It’s a great place to learn and make new friends. I highly recommend it!

Well I won’t tell you about all the great things about this university. But I’ll just tell you my honest experience about it.
I have visited almost all the places here. This university knows how take care of their students. Be it any aspect, be it career and placement department, be it societies, be it organising committees, they know what all issues a student can face and they are ready with the solutions already.
Professors here are so welcoming. You can literarily bother them ample number of times but they will still be so nice with you. They actually put a lot of efforts to make letures more fun. They try their best to focus on each and every student and check if they are comfortable or now.
Coming to the offerings. They know that there will be a lot of international students and there will be a lot of issues they will face in adjustment over here. So they organised a lot of events, distributed a lot of free vouchers just to make students feel welcomed over here.
Trust me if you are looking for a Uni for yourself or for someone, do add this one on your priority list.

First of all, the content was well-structured, relevant, and comprehensive. The curriculum followed a wide range of topics, from the fundamentals of the subjects, to advanced, workplace relevant strategies. Professors were not only knowledgeable, but passionate, with some bringing in top industry professionals to offer advice.

The university also provided excellent resources for students, including a well-equipped library, access to marketing research databases, and career services to help us explore internship and job opportunities in the marketing field.

My experience studying Marketing at the University of Liverpool has been amazing! All the lecturers and students have been so lovely and helpful. The management school building is my favourite place to study. I would recommend studying Marketing at the University of Liverpool because the content is so engaging and the assignments are creative.

The marketing course at UOL is great the lecturers are helpful and provide in-person and online resources to succeed in assignments, and the careers department is extremely helpful. The modules are all relevant and have expanded my understanding of the marketing industry and consumer behaviour, social media and so on

Currently in my Second Year studying Marketing at the University of Liverpool. Due to the big student culture in Liverpool, you soon feel completely at ease and at home. Staff are extremely helpful – there is always opportunities to ask for additional support/guidance. Each module is clear and well organised – this definitely helps in first year when it can be easy to feel overwhelmed with the new workload. It’s very easy to find your way around due to it being a campus university as everything is in close proximity. I lived at Greenbank accommodation in my first year and the staff are so helpful and make you feel very well settled. There is a huge community feel and the modules are interactive meaning making friends is much easier and a lot less intimidating. If you’re considering attending this university and I honestly couldn’t recommend more – you’ll have the best experience!

The city is fantastic, the big life, culture and people make it a very welcoming and made me feel instantly at home. The campus is great and easy to navigate. However, to improve the student support needs to be so much better, it is very hard to get ahold of the right people which makes students like myself try go through situations by themselves as it feels like the university doesn’t care. But when you do get ahold of them they can help but the task to get them is too difficult.

As a student at the University of Liverpool, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the marketing department. The professors are knowledgeable and experienced in their field, and they are always willing to help students in need. The curriculum is well-rounded and provides students with a solid foundation in marketing principles. Additionally, the facilities are top-notch and conducive to learning. Hello, I am a 3rd-year Finance and Accounting International student at the University of Liverpool. Currently, doing a placement year at a prestigious accounting firm.

University experience: It was a great start to my career as UoL is one of the top-ranked Russell group universities in the UK. Firstly, as it was an undergraduate course there were not many international students for this course. Although, Professors and other peers helped me felt like a home and this boosted me in my studies. Professors are very experienced when it comes to explaining and sharing knowledge.
They always guided me in learning new topics and encouraged me to attend many events that helped me in networking with people in the accounting field.

Universities facilities: Library timings vary accordingly but you have a wide range of materials available to study and research. Staff are very helpful in terms of guiding within library activities.
University Guild- The student union is a great organisation in solving issues raised by students and not only that they always organise events according to everyone’s priority. We have many societies like Indian society, Language society, Vegan society and many more.
They always organise socials and events accordingly.

Accommodation: University accommodation is quite expensive and there are other accommodation providers who provide for a lower rate and it is quite far from the University’s location.

Career services: We all had training sessions on how to make a CV, Interview questions and Mock Interviews to make us prepared for the Placement year process. This helped me a lot to practice before my placement interview.

Overall it was a great experience and the University offers a lot for international students.
