My experience at the University of Barcelona has its pros and cons. Academically and in terms of prestige, it’s good, and there are some truly worthwhile professors, although some courses have become completely outdated. However, the internal management, bureaucracy, and communication with students leave much to be desired. You’re very dependent on the luck of the draw with your professors, because the faculty’s organization isn’t always helpful, and some facilities are outdated. It’s a good university, it serves its purpose, but it has many things that need improvement on a daily basis.
