UWC’s Law Faculty is really committed to social justice, and you genuinely feel that as a student. It shows in the outreach work they do, their focus on assisting indigent communities, and how they constantly encourage us to give back. I also appreciate the support systems in place, like Saturday wellness sessions that show they care about our well-being. That said, it can be very frustrating being here. The workload is heavy, and it often feels like there’s always an assignment due. Resources are sometimes limited too, like struggling to access tests or exam scripts when you need them. On top of that, administrative processes are extremely slow, which feels like an institutional issue across UWC, especially during registration periods and even throughout the academic year.
