The educational environment is very competitive as the best from around the country come here to study. The program along with high quality educational facilities, laboratories and well trained educational staff also offers a range of extra curricular activities and sports.

Lums offers a joint major in economics and mathematics. However, the degree is not very practical, and confines your prospects to the research field. The program does not offer a lot of statistical learning, with Stata being the only program that was taught. However, the university culture is very diverse and allows both professional and personal development. The program is well-structured, but learning declined severely with the online paradigm.

LUMS gives you the best experience and makes you confident, academically strong. It also enhances your qualities and abilities and makes you believe in yourself.
Its environment and location are good and it is known worldwide.
Overall my experience was really good. I have also recommended it to my friends and family.

I would recommend it as it has a good social science and humanities school. This is amongst the very few in Pakistan. Furthermore, it allows you to engage with students from a variety of backgrounds.

LUMS is a great experience not just for academics but in terms of character building and confidence. It has massive exposure and is valuable for students in their practical life. However the tough competition accounts for a stressful university experience.
