Overall, I have had a good experience at Vytautas Magnus University. The quality of studies is good, and most lecturers are supportive and professional. I would recommend the university to others.
However, one challenge is balancing studies with work. According to the university policy, attendance at lectures is generally not mandatory, which is helpful for students who work. In practice, though, some lecturers are not very happy when students do not attend classes, even if attendance is officially optional. This can sometimes feel inconsistent and make it difficult to manage both responsibilities.
Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere is positive, and I am satisfied with my studies and the opportunities the university provides.
