Student review [#80322] for Business Administration

I applied for the master’s degree in Business Administration in 2020. I prepared all the necessary documents for international students and was invited to an online interview which I successfully passed and got the letter of acceptance soon after. I took all the lessons online for 2 years, as everything was already set up using online tools to prevent COVID-19 infections. What surprised me the most was the subjects focusing on social, ethical, historical, cultural matters instead of business/finance. My expectations were that I would be prepared to work in financial markets and business organizations. The professors struggled to explain concepts and express themselves in English, which I think had influenced the study plan as they needed something easy to talk about. During the lessons they repeated the same concepts and right before the exams they tell you have to study extra materials and books. For me personally, working full time during the second year, I found it dishonest and difficult to prepare. Some information, as the time in advance to find the professor for the thesis min. 8 months, was a bitter surprise as it was not provided anytime for foreign students who don’t know how things work in Italy. However, I graduated within the normal duration of 2 years and I have a good title on my CV. As for personal preparation , I think I have learned way more in my bachelor’s degree abroad.
