This program consists of two main parts: operations management and supply chain management, with a primary focus on the supply chain component. The course is taught entirely in English. It is designed to develop an understanding of supply chain design, including network configuration, material flow, and warehouse and facility planning.
The program also introduces simulation techniques using two software tools: AnyLogistix and AnyLogic. In addition, it includes courses on supply chain and operations data analytics, as well as a specialized course in supply chain project management.
All coursework is designed not only to provide theoretical knowledge but also to develop practical skills through real-life case studies and presentations. The operations management component covers advanced concepts and also focuses on consulting skills, preparing students to build a career in supply chain and operations consulting.
