The University has a great reputation and it is the case, though and hard gave me a great base to build my future. Math and physics courses were top of the crop, the others were as good as them. The facilities were not so great but it was another time (pre 2000)

Although the professors were quite great during lessons, I think my time was wasted in that university. There was no practice, no force internships or whatsoever. Once you finish the university and apply for jobs, you realize that what you learnt is worth close to nothing.

I decided to take a specializing masters at polimi in BIM management and i believe it lived up to the university’s reputation, a ton of lectures with real professionals which is something that was needed

Politecnico di Milano offers excellent academic quality and a strong international environment. The professors are knowledgeable, and the courses are both challenging and rewarding. The workload can be intense, but it helps develop valuable technical and problem-solving skills. Overall, I would recommend it to students looking for a high-quality education.

Politecnico di Milano is though and a Leading engineering University and Institution in Italy and Europe. Studying there will make you proud but the teaching levels is pretty high and the path is not easy. Professors delivers very high-quality lectures given also their frequent cutting edge activity in research departments. We have opportunities to collaborate with them (after passing successfully the exam).

Politecnico di Milano is a leading insitution, especially in Engineering disciplines and Architecture in Italy and Europe. Many opportunities are given to work also in extracurricular projects and thanks to his history and name having it in your studies section of the CV would be great. It is anyway an hard university, among hardest in Italy but gives a strong preparation.

I’ve been studying at this university for a year. The classes and professors are very interesting, even if they’re often long. I think the level is a little higher than at other universities, and it’s difficult to get into the choir you’d like to be in.

When I frequented Polimi the experience was very much “focus on your studies to get a job”.

Great teachers and academic course, this was very useful to land a job but not very much to live the university experience.

Right now they have added a lot more focus on living and learning with other fellows by adding a community Gym, many events and making it more than just a place to learn a job.

The climate change specialization in the field of environmental and land engineering offered by Politecnico is quite interesting in terms of understanding the current and future problems faced by the world due to Greenhouse gases emissions. The in-depth knowledge of policies, protocols and guidelines to cope up with the big threats of climate change is well planned in this course of 2 years.

The content of the program in terms of courses is good enough but the only problem, in my opinion, is that the content is so heavy and it lacks the policy Part.

The teaching method is so imitative and it’s all theoretical and sometimes contains unnecessary Details.

In general, this combination makes it tough and requires high persistence even if you are highly interested in it.
