I just started my second semester at IU and I haven’t had any problems so far.
IU is giving me the opportunity to study at a German university while living in Spain. This makes traveling and visiting far more easy and cost efficient since I can travel whenever I want to.
I’m not bound to any pre-determined semester and this way I can plan and structure everything the way I’d like it to be. I can choose how, when and what I want to study according to my study methods. This choice leaves me with no exam period and less stress for myself.
Nevertheless it’s important to mention, that all this freedom doesn’t equal easy studying. Studying at a regular university isn’t easier than doing it from home. I would even say that having to organize your studies and staying motivate is making studying online a little harder since there is no one telling you what to do.
In my opinion, the responsibility that comes with studying at IU will be beneficial for my future life.
If I do feel lost there is a huge team, that will help me with any type of question and I feel better looked after than my friends, that study at regular German universities.
