IU could be better

I am enrolled on the MBA Engineering Management Programme. The biggest problem as an online student is that it takes forever to get assistance when you need it. Some lecturers/tutors are good and interactive (such as International Marketing), but for some courses, it’s like you are finding your way in the wilderness. The journey is very lonely as an online student, I really wish there was a tutor who you can interact with and get guidance on challenging issues. It could also help with resolving other issues instead of always being asked to talk to some system without knowing if there is a real human on the other side.
