Even as a first-year student, I have gotten the chance to speak with professors, learn about academic opportunities, meet with career coaches and network with professionals. The copious amount of opportunities allows students to explore their interests and pursue their dreams. There are many beautiful places to study, and like-minded folks to build life-long friendships with. With mountains in your backyard and lectures that transform the way you think, coming to UBC was the best decision I have made.
