Coming from a foreign country I truly appreciate that the campus of UVic was welcoming, easy to access and safe. In addition, the delegation of older students helping newcomers and the different activities to motivate students to interact with each others helped me and so many others to feel like we weren’t that far from home. Teachers were knowledgeable, understanding and patient, which helped due to the fact that so many were from different countries. I couldn’t live a better experience.

My time at the University of Victoria was a unique and rewarding experience. I absolutely loved the location and the city itself, which made studying there feel inspiring and enjoyable. My program was engaging, though I wish certain aspects were different, particularly the curriculum. The way it was structured emphasized learning through practice rather than direct instruction in specific techniques. Essentially, we were taught to develop concepts, execute them, and present our work, which fostered creativity and independence. While I sometimes wished for more structured guidance, I still learned a great deal from this approach. The professors were mostly excellent, and the students were inspiring and supportive. One thing I did miss was a stronger sense of a university community. Overall, my experience at UVic was enriching and it shaped me both as an artist and as a learner.

I think UVIC is exceptional and offers amazing, global tailored courses for the discerning, potential student on a beautiful and colorful, educational environment and can give you the right eduation pathway for success in the world. The classes are created from a creative ingenuity and reality based sources that help prepare a student for success in their chosen field after graduation, and teachers are top class, offering excellent and best teaching focus in their given fields as top experts.
In my opinion, the classes, teachers, and campus all stand out as original, well maintained and affordable even if part Ivy League- essentially all as a stand alone…….

I’ve had the best experience at UVIC so far .The students are so nice and caring.The teachers are easy to under and ready to explain more than once .We are allowed to work on our own pace .The environment is very warm and conducive .I highly recommend.
