View moreDorm Living – As a freshman, you must live on campus. All the hostels are well located and have a good atmosphere, no matter which hostel you choose. The cost is a bit high, so many choose to live off campus after their first year. If you want to pay extra, be sure to stay at Ridgecrest, Lakeside, or Riverside. It is apartment style and you have your own bedroom. If you want a traditional and inexpensive option, choose the Mary Burke salon. Connected, great staff, dining room in building – very convenient! If you’re a woman, Tutwiler might be the worst choice. 14 floors of women isn’t great, you all share a bathroom. For guys, Bade should be a last resort. The process of choosing accommodation is very simple.
View moreThe social atmosphere is amazing and there is always something to do! Campus life is great and it’s nice to get up late and have to go to class. The best thing is that you can walk everywhere because everything is so close. I stayed at Martha Parham Hall which is closest to the Quad, Classroom buildings and across from the Burke Dining Hall. I think Parham is a great place to live, but if you’re looking for something nicer I’d suggest Presidential Village or Riverside. Overall the accommodation was a bit difficult, but not too bad. I have random roommates and I live with one of my best friends.
