at Temple University

Temple is generally a large institution for academics, with a focus on research. The size of the programs varies, as does the involvement of senior faculty among the student population. In my program, Family Therapy and Therapy, a senior faculty is heavily involved in student life; I have lessons from both the department chair and the dean. The professors are leaders in their fields, as well as mainstays in the Philadelphia area; they are passionate about what they do and want their students to be successful. The atmosphere here is very pleasant. There are loads of fun and relaxing clubs and events that you can join every day. There are various learning places on campus where you can relax and work. The teachers have been very nice so far, don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
