What I liked about the program is that it did help us be creative and learn about public health. Especially during the pandemic, they went above and beyond to make sure that academically we were learning and implementing programs that would be able to help us learn. Unfortunately the advisors for this program we’re not a lot of help. Especially if you were a transfer student from a community college you were misdirected a lot of the times when meeting with the counsellors. Unfortunately, a lot of transfer students I did go to SJSU dead having a hard time graduating on time because the warrant put them on a path where they could succeed. A lot of the times it just felt like we were thrown into this program without knowing what class to take next or if we were going to pass a class. I wish the program itself was a little bit better and ran a little bit better by advisors that could help students
