This university in located in the heart of silicon valley in the U.S. It is a great university to study engineering and great to network with others that can help you land in a company like Google, NVIDIA, or other big company. The profesores are very helpful and always attentive to you questions. SJSU offers many workshops to reinforce you knowledge.
