Uchicago is a very diverse univ and as an International student they really value your time and interests here. Campus hours are great and can be adjusted from the course departments, a bit attendance issue which has to be maintained anywhere near 75% which is a task when your family is not based in the city or if you’re not a campus student but extra credits and extra-curriculum activities helps you in that and resume building.

Although this is my last year and am so looking forward to what’s coming next but I wish I could spend more time on the campus connecting with freshers and learning new things from their perspective as the same was done by my seniors for MW which kinda helped me fit in and they helped me learn the program and develop my skills even better and I’m forever grateful for that. The small classroom strength is also a plus point in uchi as it makes us feel like a family and not hesitate to help our peers.
Being a design student here feels like being in a concert 24/7 it’s a party for real. You get to do what you love with the crowd you’ll love I’m sure.
You get to choose either a two-tier program where you intern with companies like Ralph and Zara or a summer program where you can get to work backstage in fashion week. From freedom of expression to values you get to learn everything. I’ve never learned about fashion as they teach us. Fashion is like emotion is the tagline of UChicago which I love and I’m sure you won’t regret it.
Being a brown student it has always been my dream to study in U.S and pursue my passion into a great career, it’s been a dream being in the corridors of univ of Chicago, the program plan here is top-notch, the career prospects are perfectly blended with our theory and practicals which make us all prepared for the big day. I would suggest to family and friends.
