I particularly appreciated the well-structured online courses, the accessibility of faculty, and the practical skills I gained from my Administrative Assistant certification programme. While the standards and expectations are high, the support systems in place, such as mentoring, career resources, and engaging class materials, make it a rewarding challenge.
