I’ve found the experience to be a mix of challenging and rewarding. The workload can be intense at times, and a lot of success depends on how well you manage your own time and stay organized. Some professors stand out as really helpful and engaging, while others are more hands off which offers it’s own benefit respectively. There are plenty of opportunities on campus, but you have to actively look for them. Overall, it’s a solid environment if you’re motivated and comfortable working independently.
