Appalachian is for you if you want a small-town atmosphere with loads of outdoor adventures. We have students from all over the world studying for their undergraduate and graduate degrees at our university since it has a fantastic international program. If you wish to travel to the state’s urban areas, you can do so in two hours from Charlotte and three hours from Raleigh. International students have the chance to interact with local academics, staff, and students.
