Very accommodating and helpful. There are teachers here would really care about your well-being and success.

I can’t stress how many times I’ve asked for clarification on a topic after a lecture, a reference for an internship or feedback before a submission and teachers have been happy to help.

I have done my first degree in Engineering. The quality of education is great. The halls are extremely reasonably priced for London rental, and the transportation links are excellent, with buses running every few minutes to all parts of the city and Northern and Bakerloo line stations located throughout the area. There are a lot of opportunities and societies to take part in
Also, my time at this university has not been that pleasant. The administrators are poorly trained, unmotivated, and lack customer service expertise. Unfortunately, the management is not much better; they are dismissive, disorganised, and lack a sense of urgency. Communication and support are non-existent. Even the website, such as the school of business pages, is out of date. LSBU would do better to recognise that the student is a paying customer who deserves excellent service. Good organisations consistently provide value to their customers rather than attempting to extract value from them!

Above all, It somehow helped me to get the good job I wanted in the engineering field. I would grateful for it.
