I recently completed my BSc in IT at London South Bank University (LSBU), and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. The program provided a comprehensive curriculum that equipped me with the latest knowledge and skills in the field of Information Technology. The professors at LSBu were not only experts in their respective fields but also very supportive, always available to clarify doubts and offer guidance.

The university’s modern facilities and resources were instrumental in facilitating hands-on learning experiences, from state-of-the-art computer labs to access to cutting-edge software and tools. Additionally, the emphasis on practical projects and real-world applications allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to solve practical problems, preparing me for the challenges of the IT industry.

Moreover, the collaborative learning environment fostered by my peers and faculty members at LSBu enhanced my overall learning experience. Through group projects and discussions, I gained valuable insights and learned to work effectively in teams, a crucial skill in the IT field.

Overall, I am grateful for the excellent education and support I received during my time at London South Bank University. It has not only prepared me for a successful career in IT but also instilled in me a lifelong passion for learning and innovation.

Overall, I can say that my experience at London South Bank University was great.

The campus in Elephant & Castle is situated in the center of London, close to everything. As a journalism graduate, it was the perfect environment to carry out my assignments.
The lecturers were also great and very supportive. I liked that they treated us as real professionals while still giving us the space to learn and make mistakes.
Moreover, the facilities are amazing. In my course, we had access to a newsroom with screens, laptops, cameras, tripods, and basically everything you need as a journalist. The new library was also nice, I spent a lot of time there, it felt like a safe space to me. However, some computers were often out of order.
What I liked the most was the hands-on approach of the course, we rarely just sat listening to a lecture for the whole day. Most of the time, we were given true responsibilities by having to create our own TV and radio show. We were mostly out in the city recording and reporting.

The only things I didn’t like were, first, the schedule, I wish we had more classes sometimes.
In three years, we also had several different course directors, which was quite unsettling.

London South Bank University is at the heart of London, located in Elephant & Castle with more than 100+ years of educational expertise. They are one of the few universities that are modern and equipped with pioneer software like Bloomberg, SAGE, and Fame for students to work with. Students will find easy access to one-to-one tutoring with module leaders or the course director.

I personally believe that my university provides assistance whenever students are indeed of guidance the completing their assignments. Help is easily accessible and students are prioritised. This ensures students feel empowered and motivated about their assignments
