High turnover rate and Unprofessional tutors

Through my child’s time in Blackburn College, a teacher allowed students to burn another student’s papers in class. Tutors called students names, shouted at them and discriminated against them. This plus professionals not turning up, leaving or being on sick leave for a long time. Not recommended at all.
