I am currently studying a Master in organization of events at the UAB, the beauty of this site is that it seems like a small town, you have everything you need around the university and the residence. It has direct connection to Barcelona, in 20 – 25 ‘you plant in Plaza Cataluña. The civic square and its green areas invite to study abroad taking advantage of the good climate of Barcelona, and interact with people; At the end of the day it is a campus that houses many specialties and facilitates the relationship between different careers promoting greater learning.
In the other races I do not know exactly how it works, but in my master they gave us the opportunity to meet many professionals in the sector. Our tutor was always very active in recommending events and fairs that we could attend to learn more or look for work. It also has an internship program and every year they give the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies in the sector.
In addition, it is a very international course, the classes are in Spanish, but every year people from outside are enrolled, which enriches much more.
The handicap of the course is that many things are played but none in much detail, perhaps I would have liked to know a little more about all the typical mistakes that usually occur in events, in order to learn from it. A part of this, the deal has always been very close and always willing to help and adapt to your needs, which is valued very much and more in a big city like Barcelona, where sometimes you are just a number.
