Having attended IED Madrid, I can say that it offers a unique, creative, and international environment for students who are passionate about design, fashion, and visual communication. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the practical, project-based approach to learning. The school emphasizes real-world application, often collaborating with industry partners, which gives students the opportunity to build a portfolio with professional relevance.

The multicultural atmosphere was also a major highlight. I had the chance to study alongside people from all over the world, which enriched classroom discussions and broadened my perspective, especially in a field like fashion and design where cultural diversity adds value.

However, like many creative institutions, IED Madrid has areas for improvement. I really enjoy the program because of the projects, at IED we don’t have too many theory classes instead we do projects. It’s very interesting because it allows me to be creative while also changing my perspective on design.
The university has very nice and good teachers and we have access to very modern equipment.

This school is very well prepared, the equipment you need you will be able to have it in there, all Apple computers are of latest model with all programs for rendering and modeling.
Teachers are fully dedicated to the design industry, which helps you a lot to make contacts and work in a future with them. The classes are fun, but you will have always homework.
The facilities are very good and the location is ideal if you are a student abroad as it is very easy to find.
