Studying at NMU has its glorious advantages for a person from a small town because this Varsity is situated closely to the beach and there are fun activities around it. As much as school is for studying and all that, one needs to have fun once in a while. There is the boardwalk mall 10 to 20min away from it, and you’ll find the cinema, casino, arcade games etc. from there, and those can help you take your mind off things that stress you.

I study at Nelson Mandela University and I can say it is a reputable institution with a strong emphasis on inclusion, academic excellence, and community involvement. The university offers a variety of courses and has brilliant lectures who are willing to help students. There’s alot of support programs to help students with their academic progress.The course that I’m doing we get sent videos of the content we cover that week via student portal then we will have flipped class based on the content the next week where we can interact with our lecturers.We have tutorials which are lead by our senior.

Overall it’s a good institution. The staff was professional and competent. The curriculum was also taught well. Perhaps at the time they needed more recreational and educational facilities for students.
